Oranges and Carrot Drink
- Take a small piece of ginger to 1-2 carrots and oranges.

Turmeric Milk Drink
- Pour a cup of milk in a pan.
- Take a tiny piece of cinnamon, a small pinch of black pepper, a small piece of ginger, and two to three pinches of turmeric, add all in a pan. Boil for a few minutes.
- Next, add the sugar(optional), don’t add honey as its hot liquid, if you want to add let your milk cook to room temperature, otherwise, you can have it plain for gorgeous, radiant skin.

- Cut a medium-sized beetroot into small pieces after properly peeling it.
- Take 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder or a little piece of fresh turmeric. Next, take some fresh coriander leaves.

- When the mixture is smooth, filter the juice and serve it with a spoonful of honey.
- Honey is completely optional not necessary.
